The "Trial Albania" package includes: apartment viewings, 3 nights in Albania in our apartments or hotel, round-trip airfare, airport transfers, and other services. Price per person starting from 7,900 CZK.
Note! The price may vary based on client requirements - flight prices / departure location, etc.
The duration and timing of the stay in Albania are flexible. As is the timing. We are available to you 24/7. Clients can arrange all necessary services on their own and only take part in viewings arranged with us.
After returning home, you will have time to calmly consider whether an investment apartment in Albania is right for you.

I want to try Albania

Day 1

Arrive at the airport on your own. (Prague / Vienna / Berlin).
We will be waiting for you at Tirana airport with a Myalbania.cz sign.
We will take you to one of our managed apartments.
Check-in.
Free time (familiarize yourself with the surroundings).

Day 2

At 9:00 AM, we will start the day with an informational meeting (approx. 45 min.), where we will introduce our services, what to expect from Albania, and mainly listen to your ideas and expectations. The more you tell us, the more effective your visit to Albania will be.
We will start the apartment viewings. We will show you completed apartments that we have realized for our clients.
We will show you the standard and quality of the apartments we deliver after renovation (fully furnished apartment, 4* level of a European hotel).
We will show you the different parts of the beach Riviera and explain the differences between them, both in terms of investment returns and private use.

Day 3

It is possible to postpone the viewings to the 3rd day and switch the program with the 2nd day.
Option to review the apartments you saw on the first day, or we can continue with additional viewings.
If you are satisfied with the viewings, you can use the day to explore the city or take a day trip to see the beauty of Albania with a rental car or a local travel agency.
