We have abandoned the conventional real estate offers where the same property is listed on multiple servers and rotated by all offices. Instead, we will talk to you about your ideas and needs and then find you a unique property tailored to you.

Timeline: From Purchase to Completion

We execute the purchase of an apartment through Czech notary escrow. The notary will release the funds to us only after you are the actual owner of the property registered in the land registry.

Your finances will always be safe. You will get a fully functional apartment within six months of your decision.

If you don't have special requirements, we can reduce the time by half.

Initial Meeting

1st week

The Albanian Riviera has a lot to offer. Therefore, an initial meeting is important, where we will not only get to know each other. The goal is to discuss your ideas about an investment apartment by the sea, which could become your second home.

We will arrange viewings of apartments with a broker, accommodate you in one of our apartments, and recommend great places in the area to get a feel for the coastal atmosphere. After returning home, you will have time to calmly decide if an investment apartment in Albania is right for you.

Preparation and Signing of Documents

2 - 3 weeks

After selecting the apartment and signing the documents, we will start the process of purchasing the property and transferring ownership rights. You can participate in the whole process personally, or we can represent you based on a power of attorney. Notary or bank escrow is an integral part.

Payment can be made in CZK or EUR according to your preference.

Ownership Certificate and Energy Transfer

2 - 6 weeks

And that's it! An important milestone is obtaining the so-called certificate of ownership of the apartment. Your dream is almost within reach. We will also help you with the transfer of utilities, insurance, lock replacement, administrative fees, and internet.

Handing Over the Apartment

1 - 2 weeks

The renovated apartment will be fully functional and equipped with basic furniture, including accessories and decorations before handing it over. Your apartment will be ready for immediate use.

Our services do not end with the handover. We will arrange cleaning, including laundry and necessary maintenance before and after each of your stays.
