Renovation Process

Familiarizing with the apartment
We start by focusing and proposing how we could handle the space. We will clear the apartment of all items left by the previous owner.

Start of renovation - rough construction
If desired or needed, we will perform masonry adjustments, lay new tiles, completely redo the bathroom including waterproofing, and modify the interior plasters.

Appliances and kitchen
We will install air conditioning in all rooms and measure the kitchen and sofa according to our standard or client-specific requirements.

Everything in place
We will furnish the apartment with the remaining furniture according to our standard or the client's requirements, ensuring everything matches and satisfies both the owner and anyone else using the apartment.
05
Handover of the apartment
The final step includes a general cleaning, adding standard equipment and decorations to make the apartment feel welcoming. Finally, we will confirm the handover date and sign the handover protocol and service contract.
