We arrange the purchase of the apartment including professional legal services. We will represent you throughout the entire transfer process, and your money will be kept in Czech notary custody until you become the actual owner.

Setting Up the Apartment Without Worries
Don't want to deal with the renovation process from afar in a country where you don't have support, and don't want to get frustrated with Albanian craftsmen? Leave it all to us, and you can just enjoy the nice moments in Albania and the best investment of your life. We only hand over fully functional apartments ready to move in.
We will start setting up the investment apartment only after consultation with you, to meet both your expectations and our standards.
Once we agree on how, in what style, and colors you want your new apartment to be, we will take care of the complete renovation and hand it over to you fully furnished including cutlery, bed linen, iron, and hairdryer, so you can move in or welcome your first tourists who will rent your apartment.
Upon handover, the apartments are renovated, connected to electricity and water, and ready to move in. You can head to the sea as soon as you get the keys.
Operation and Maintenance of the Apartment
Our services do not end with the sale. We provide complete service and subsequent technical management of the apartment, rental to tourists, check-in/check-out, cleaning and maintenance, as well as airport transfers and tours around Albania with our Czech-Albanian travel agency.
You Use the Apartment Only for Yourself:
You want your apartment only for yourself and your closest ones. Our technician will perform regular checks of the apartment (ideally every 6 weeks) according to the frequency we agree on. They will come, check the water, electricity, handle minor repairs, and perform basic cleaning. We will inform you in advance of their visit.
If you have used the apartment in the meantime and let us know, we will arrange a complete cleaning and maintenance outside the scheduled terms so that you can return to your top-notch prepared apartment as if it were a 4-star hotel.
You Want to Rent the Apartment:
If you want to create a passive income and further appreciate your investment, we will arrange the rental of the apartment including:
- Guest check-in and check-out,
- Cleaning and linen exchange,
- All other necessary services,
- Access to an online reservation system for you to see when your apartment is booked by tourists,
- We will take care of photographing and listing your apartment on reservation systems such as Booking.com and Airbnb.com, including profile management
You decide when the apartment will be available for rent (the rest of the year it is yours).
You can monitor the occupancy, investment appreciation, and earnings of your apartment through a special account we set up for you.
